- We welcome applications from a trainee (i.e., undergraduate student, graduate student, post-doctoral fellow, junior faculty member) who is actively engaged in research in chronobiology.
- Applicants are strongly encouraged to also attend Sapporo Symposium 2024 (August 9-10) and the 7th Asian Forum on Chronobiology 2024 (August 11-12) in Sapporo, Hokkaido.
- If you are interested in joining in person, you will be asked to submit your resume/CV and a nomination letter (ideally from your current research advisor). If you have never made a resume/CV, please refer to the example below.
Registration fee:
- In-person: 30,000 JPY (for lecture materials, lunch, and two receptions)
- Online (zoom or video): expected to be 5,000 JPY (subject to change)
Travel awards:
We anticipate that travel grants will be available for a limited number of participants, depending on the availability of funds.
Selection:
Up to 40 participants will be selected on a competitive basis. Applicants will be notified of the outcome around mid-May and will be asked to confirm your registration. Information for the travel awards will be available at the same time for those who requested it. Once registered, participants are expected to commit to the entire program and pay registration fee.
